Masta Services is a purely indigenous engineering and construction company with an eye for excellent, best quality and fast delivery of services and products to clients. We aim to be a foremost construction and engineering services company providing quality services at the most competitive prices while guaranteeing optimum returns to all stakeholders.

Our core services are in the Building, Engineering, Construction and Infrastructure. However, over the years, Masta Services have grown to a fully integrated engineering company in partnership with experienced and specialized equipment leasing companies as one-stop shop for wholesome services and project delivery.

Masta Services Company Ltd is partnering with the Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority (RVSG) to deliver the most comprehensive real estate project in Rivers state. It is called the PH-AIRPORTCITY and is to be located on the proposed M10 8-Lanes Highway behind the New Amasiemaka Stadium, Igwuruta-Ali. It is bounded on the West by the Newly Commissioned Dual Carriage Obiri-lkwere Road, 25 minutes to Agip, Mile III, Diobu.

A special purpose vehicle (SPV) called Masta-Rivers Developments Company Ltd. has been established to manage the project. Masta Services Co. Ltd has 70% equity in the SPV while Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority (GPCDA) has 30% equity in the SPV. The GPCDA has provided the land for the project (200,000 sq.m per 500 housing units) which is their equity contribution to the project. Masta Services is responsible for providing the project funding.
